Every single one of these suitcases and bags are personally tested and vetted by me and the people in my life who travel more than I do.
AWAY carry-on suitcase ($225) I have one of the first AWAY suitcases (since spring 2015!), and it’s still going strong 7 years later. That said, I’m sharing the other suitcases our family uses and loves as well.
iFly Fibertech suitcase ($89, 2-piece set for $179)
We’ve had the 2-piece set for 4 years now - Rho uses the carry-on, and I use the larger suitcase for long international trips. The quality is outstanding, the compression features are a little bit stronger than the AWAY suitcase, and it’s super light. They also have some really fun color options!
Briggs & Riley Baseline carry-on suitcase ($649)
This is the suitcase my husband (a former consultant) and my cousin (someone who travels 40 weeks out of the year) swear by. It’s definitely an investment, but consider the thoughtful features for business travelers AND the outstanding warranty that Briggs & Riley offers, this is a suitcase you could pass down to your kids.
